Summary: Gave housekeeping 5 hours to make up the room and they didn’t. Bedding was damp for the whole stay, had to request water first night and didn’t receive any more for the balance of the stay

Summary: Our first visit to NYC. Nice greeting. Everyone very friendly. SO MANY PEOPLE! Close to what we want. St. Patrick’s Cathedral, NFL store & more. Left luggage in storage while off to Freedom Tower tour. Unfortunately a $400+ bill w/$35 fee for “destination “ charge! Ridiculous. Not staying there anymore.

Summary: The stay was fine—it was nice to be in mid-town as we were close to so many coffee shops that we love, Central Park, etc. The suite we stayed in was enough room for the 4 of us. However, when we opened the pull out couch the sheets were dirty (and the carpet had some dirt/things on it as well). Eveyone was really nice and despite having to ask for clean sheets and making the couch bed, it actually was really comfortable.
